---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Maths | 3 | 100 | 69 | B- | 2.66 | 7.98 |
History | 2 | 100 | 85 | A | 4.00 | 8.00 |
Geography | 3 | 100 | 80 | A- | 3.66 | 10.98 |
Chemistry | 3 | 100 | 91 | A | 4.00 | 12.00 |
Physics | 3 | 100 | 90 | A | 4.00 | 12.00 |
TOTAL | 14 | 500 | 415 | GPA = 3.64 |
- Total Quality Points
- Total Quality Points (QP) = 7.98 + 8.00 + 10.98 + 12.00 + 12.00 = 50.96
- Total Credit Hours
- Total Credit Hours (CH) = 3 + 2 + 3 + 3 + 3 = 14

Semester | GPA | Credit Hours (CH) | Weight (GPA × CH) |
---|---|---|---|
1 | 3.8 | 15 | 57.0 |
2 | 3.9 | 18 | 70.2 |
3 | 3.7 | 16 | 59.2 |
4 | 4.0 | 14 | 56.0 |
Total | 63 | 242.4 |
According to the above report card:
Total Weight = 57.0 + 70.2 + 59.2 + 56.0 = 242.4
Total Credit Hours = 15 + 18 + 16 + 14 = 63
CGPA = Total Weight / Total Credit Hours
CGPA = 242.4 / 63
CGPA = 3.84
